Trump Hollywood Sales Center Opens
MARCH 07, 2006 --
Hollywood Beach, Fla.--Trump Hollywood, a deluxe, beachfront
condominium by The Related Group of Florida and Donald J. Trump, is
to be built here on the site of an existing Holiday Inn which is
expected to be demolished shortly. The developers hope to break
ground on their new development in late 2006 or early 2007, with
project completion slated for late 2008.
Just opened is its onsite sales center, located at 2711 S. Ocean
Drive here, north of the Westin Diplomat Hotel.
The 40-story Trump Hollywood will be a luxury residence overlooking
240 feet of white sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. It is
designed as a contemporary glass tower containing 200 residences
priced from $1.6 million to over $5 million.
Three- and four-bedroom units will range from over 2,079 to 4,600
square feet in living space and feature expansive terraces, private
elevators that open up directly into each individual foyer and Smart
technology. Flow-through floorplans are designed by famed Miami
Beach architect Robert Swedroe; the building’s interiors will
feature elements by the internationally renowned design firm of Yabu
Pushelberg.
Amenities will include around-the-clock concierge and valet
services, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an opulent resort-style
swimming pool with pool deck pavilion, and 28 beachfront cabanas.
